Markus Krogmeier has been supporting the team of our law firm since 2016 when it comes to patent and utility model applications, patent examination proceedings, opposition, nullity and cancellation proceedings. In cooperation with a partner of the law firm, he handles regional, national and international mandates. As part of freedom-to-operate analyses, he examines for our clients whether existing intellectual property rights constitute an obstacle to the development or market launch of a product or service. Markus Krogmeier regularly offers free legal advice on patent issues at the Information Center for Technology and Patents in the Dortmund University Library.
