What does the application process for a position look like?
We look forward to receiving your application! Please send us an e-mail with your documents to bewerbung@bolex.de. We will definitely get back to you! This will be followed by an interview and, if there is mutual interest, a trial day.
What is the onboarding process like?
At the beginning, you will receive regular feedback on your level of knowledge and our expectations. Your impressions, suggestions and wishes are also included in these discussions and we look forward to an open exchange. Based on this feedback, we adapt the training and induction process individually and continuously.
How big are the chances of being taken on after completing an apprenticeship?
Very large! We always train for our own needs. Regular feedback meetings allow us to assess and influence the chances of employment at an early stage.
Mobile working? Is that possible in a law firm?
Definitely: Yes! We have created all the conditions for you so that parts of your work can be done safely remotely. We tailor the exact scope of mobile work to your individual area of activity.
