As part of the dual training program, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day work of our international law firm on the basis of an individual training plan. What does the application process for a position look like?
We look forward to receiving your application! Please send us an e-mail with your documents to bewerbung@bolex.de. We will definitely get back to you! This is followed by an interview and, if both parties are interested, a trial day.
What is the onboarding process like?
At the beginning, you will receive regular feedback on your level of knowledge and our expectations. Your impressions, suggestions and wishes will also be included in these discussions and we look forward to an open exchange. Based on these feedback discussions, we adapt the training and induction process individually and continuously.
How big are the chances of being taken on after completing an apprenticeship?
Very big! We always train staff for our own needs. Regular feedback meetings allow the chances of employment to be assessed and influenced at an early stage.
Remote work? Is that possible in a law firm?
Clearly: Yes! We have created all the prerequisites for you so that parts of your work can be done securely remotely. We tailor the exact scope of remote work to your individual area of activity.
