Dr. Olaf Isfort advises our clients primarily in the field of intellectual property law – both in matters relating to German as well as European and international patent law. He is also one of our experts for employee invention law and the drafting of licence agreements. He was admitted as a German patent attorney in 2002 and has also been admitted to the European Patent Office since 2003. His professional qualifications as a physicist predestine him to advise research institutions such as research organizations and universities as well as start-ups and spin-offs in the field of natural sciences. For these clients, he handles patent application proceedings (GPTO, EPO, international), opposition, cancellation and nullity proceedings, appeal proceedings, FTO analyses, searches and expert opinions. He also regularly supports our attorneys at law in patent infringement proceedings. Dr. Olaf Isfort is also a lecturer at the TU Dortmund University.
