Dipl.-Ing. Jochen Meinke is a patent attorney, European Patent Attorney, Trademark and Design Attorney and lecturer in intellectual property law. He has many years of experience in advising and representing companies and inventors in all areas of intellectual property law.
He specializes in patent and utility model law as well as trademark and design law. He also provides comprehensive advice on employee invention law.
Mr. Meinke advises German and international clients on all matters relating to intellectual property rights. This includes in particular obtaining, enforcing and defending technical property rights as well as trademark and design rights. He also focuses on opposition and nullity proceedings as well as on the establishment, structuring and long-term maintenance of national and international IP portfolios.
