At our law firm, Jan Feiling specialises in copyright law, design law, trademark law and competition law in infringement proceedings. After studying law at the University of Münster, he completed the university focus of his first state examination with a certified additional training at the Institute for Information, Telecommunications and Media Law. He already worked for the law firm Schneiders & Behrendt during his legal clerkship. In 2022, he passed his second state examination and has now been working as an attorney at law at the law firm since his admission to the bar in October 2022.
Jan Feiling likes the combination of legal expertise and entrepreneurial know-how. He assists our clients both in out-of-court matters and in complex court proceedings. He advises them on issues relating to general civil and procedural law. Jan Feiling also works in the field of contract drafting and contract interpretation in intellectual property law and general civil law.
