Konstantin Weiland has been working as an attorney at Schneiders & Behrendt since April 2026. He advises companies and individuals, particularly in the areas of copyright law, data protection, and trademark law. In doing so, he assists his clients with legal issues related to the digital economy—taking a practical, solution-oriented approach and focusing on the individual requirements of each case.
Even during his studies and legal clerkship, he focused on public economic law as well as the intersections of law, digitalization, and sustainability. His positions at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Protection, and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and at IKEM—the Institute for Climate Protection, Energy, and Mobility e. V. in Berlin—supplemented his legal training with valuable insights into public administration, politics, and academic practice.
