We only process personal data relating to you that has been provided to us for further use by you or an authorized party for the performance of a contract or on the basis of a legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent. These are:

  • objects of the mandate, communication and related documents

 

IV. Purpose of processing
Data processing is carried out for the purpose of contract processing in accordance with. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR, to fulfill a legal obligation pursuant to Art. Art. 6 para. 1 lit c) GDPR or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party acc. Art. 6 para. 1 lit f) GDPR, unless express consent has been given in accordance with Art. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR exists.

 

V. Recipients of the data
The data is processed by employees of the controller. Exceptionally, processors commissioned by us will receive your data if this is necessary to fulfill the task. Data is only transferred to third countries after an appropriate level of data protection has been guaranteed.

 

VI Storage period
The personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose or for the proper fulfilment of our contractual or legal obligations.

If we process your personal data, you are a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR and have the following rights vis-à-vis us as the controller:

  • right to revoke the declaration of consent under data privacy law (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR)
