Dr. rer. nat. Dominik Kieselbach joined the Schneiders & Behrendt team in 2015. Previously, he worked for a pharmaceutical company where he was responsible for clinical trials and intellectual property. With his admission as a patent attorney in 2019, he rounded off his scientific expertise with legal knowledge. Dominik Kieselbach advises national and international clients – his expertise ranges from the prosecution of international patent, utility model and trademark applications, the prosecution of national and international official proceedings, in particular grant proceedings in the patent system and registration proceedings in the trademark system, to the drafting of oppositions in the patent system and oppositions in the trademark system and the enforcement of claims arising from employee invention law. He also conducts freedom-to-operate analyses and novelty searches for our clients.

Dominik Kieselbach started lecturing at TU Dortmund University in the winter semester 2023/2024.
