Christina Ley specialises in national and international trademark law, competition law and domain law. After being admitted to the bar in 2007, she worked for an international law firm in Munich, where she advised numerous national and international companies from various industries. A specialist in intellectual property law and an expert in international law, she joined our law firm in 2010 and advises corporate groups and large corporations as well as medium-sized companies, but also takes on smaller national mandates. She advises on the registration and defence of intellectual property rights, in particular trademarks, and conducts the relevant proceedings. She obtained a Master of Intellectual Property Rights Law (LL.M.) in Sweden, and her legal clerkship at a major German law firm took her to Brussels, where she acquired knowledge of international law.
