Katrin Kleyboldt worked part-time as a permanent attorney at law at Schneiders & Behrendt from 2004 to 2021 and has been a freelance attorney at law at our firm since 2021. Her expertise lies in intellectual property law. She takes on cases that affect competition law, trademark law or antitrust law. Whether applications for preliminary injunctions, filing protective letters, warning letters or cease-and-desist declarations – Katrin Kleyboldt combines many years of experience with practical relevance. Since 2016, she has also headed the communications department of a medium-sized tech company. Another of Katrin Kleyboldt’s strengths lies in drafting contracts. Together with our clients, she drafts, for example, legally compliant distribution and license agreements for software products, cooperation agreements in the field of research and development or franchise agreements. She is also a competent contact for publishing contracts, work creation framework agreements or artist contracts.
