Nils Böhmer advises our clients in matters of intellectual property law, in particular in trademark, design and competition law. He focuses on strategic advice, the procedural enforcement of intellectual property rights and competition law claims and the defence against infringement claims. Nils Böhmer also assists our clients in establishing and expanding their international trademark portfolios and, in this context, conducts registration, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
Nils Böhmer studied law at the Ruhr University of Bochum and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm with stations, among others, in commercial law firms in the fields of industrial property law and corporate law. Nils Böhmer has been working as an attorney at Schneiders & Behrendt since 2020.
